The Inner Hues Co. provides skincare and body-care products created with an emphasis on intentional care, quality ingredients, and thoughtful routines.

4. Made-to-Order Products
The Inner Hues Co. products may be made to order. Production begins specifically in response to customer purchases.
Processing time is separate from shipping and transit time. Estimated processing or delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.
5. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, misuse of promotional offers, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the transaction.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.

12. Heat-Sensitive Products
Whipped body butters may soften or melt when exposed to warm temperatures during shipping or storage.
Melting does not necessarily indicate that a product is defective or unusable. A melted butter may change in texture, appearance, or volume after resolidifying.
Please follow any storage and care instructions accompanying your product.
